Dr. Stafford became a practicing pediatrician in 2011 and has cared for patients in the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley and surrounding areas for the past 9 years.
Dr. Stafford attended the University of Pennsylvania where she was captain of the women’s lacrosse team. After graduation in 2000, she taught second grade in Compton, California as a member of Teach For America where she received a Masters in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University. She ultimately decided to pursue medicine and attended Brown Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated in 2008. Dr. Stafford completed her residency training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 2011 and was chosen as a Chief Resident of Pediatrics from 2011-2012. After training, she remained at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Pediatrics, helping to oversee the residency program while practicing in the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Clinic. She has worked as a full time pediatrician in private practice since 2015.
Dr. Stafford is married and has three children.
